9 Best Beach Clubs on Nusa Lembongan [& Ceningan]

Known for its soft white sand and turquoise waters, Nusa Lembongan is a dreamy island getaway just a short boat ride from Bali. With only a handful of attractions in Lembongan to explore, one of the highlights of this laid-back island is its many beautiful beaches and beach clubs.

From rustic beachfront bars with beanbags on the sand to stylish clifftop clubs with infinity pools and sunset views, there are some incredible beach clubs in Lembongan and tiny neighbouring Ceningan where you can relax, enjoy a few cocktails, and soak up the chilled island vibes.

After numerous trips to Lembongan over the last few years, we’ve made our way around just about every beach club and pool bar there is. These are our absolute favourites.

Best Beach Clubs in Lembongan: Map

In this post, we've included our favourite beach clubs in Nusa Lembongan and the tiny neighbouring island of Nusa Ceningan, which is accessible via the famous Yellow Bridge.

Many beach clubs in Ceningan offer a shuttle service from the bridge, so make sure to message them in advance.

1. Ohana's Beach Club

Ohana's is a large, tropical beach club on Lembongan's busy main beach of Jungutbatu. The stylish club is one of the island's most established and popular all-day spots, with an ocean-facing pool surrounded by daybeds, an upstairs Italian dining terrace, and plenty of seating right on the sand.

While the pool is only small, the club has direct beach access, so you can easily take a dip in the beautiful turquoise water out front. Plus, right next door is a small shack that rents kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (for a fee). We love renting a SUP and heading onto the water for a while.

The popular club has a fantastic all-day Mediterranean food menu, an on-site pizzeria (with a proper pizza oven!), a gelato stall, and a fully stocked bar, so it's easy to spend an entire day lounging in the sun here.

Daybeds and sun loungers at Ohana's have a small minimum spend. Dining tables and beach beanbags are available for free on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't arrive too late. If you aren’t staying nearby, they even offer a pickup service.

We always stick around until sunset to enjoy the nightly beach bonfire, complete with marshmallows and laid-back tunes. DJs play on Wednesdays and Fridays, with live acoustic music on Sundays.

Although Ohana's isn't a big party spot, it does stay open until 11:30pm (one of the latest on the island), and evenings have a fun yet relaxed vibe.

2. Suku Beach Club

A little more off the beaten path, Suku is a stylish beach club sitting on the cliffs of Nusa Ceningan. While it isn't directly on the beach, the club overlooks the ocean and a small white sand bay next door.

The multi-level restaurant and club has a large swimming pool with a swim-up bar and spacious seating areas surrounded by soft artificial sand. We love relaxing on the netted hammocks with a fresh coconut, watching surfers ride the waves at nearby Mahana Point.

If you find yourself at Suku during a tropical downpour (as we once did), you can still make the most of the club from the covered upstairs terrace. Grab a sofa and enjoy the varied food menu, featuring lots of European and Asian-inspired comfort food, including some delicious pizzas!

Entrance to Suku Beach Club is free, but there's a minimum spend of 300,000 IDR ⓘ to use a sun lounger or 400,000 ⓘ for a daybed. Suku is definitely more of a daytime beach club, with most people disappearing after sunset.

3. ARNA Ocean Lounge

Despite being the newest beach club on Nusa Ceningan, ARNA Ocean Lounge has already become our absolute favourite. Connected to the luxurious ARNA Suites, the modern bar overlooks the iconic Blue Lagoon and has sweeping 360-degree ocean views from its clifftop infinity pool.

There’s a mix of poolside daybeds with a minimum spend of 1,000,000 IDR ⓘ for up to 5 people, as well as free-to-use sofas and tables. If you're anything like us, you’ll probably spend most of your time in the gorgeous pool, so the sofas are more than enough.

ARNA has a relaxed, upscale atmosphere, with a curated food menu offering everything from sharing plates and charcuterie boards to grilled seafood and premium Australian steaks. Make sure to try their signature cocktails, which are some of the most creative and delicious on the islands.

Sunset is the best time to be at ARNA, with the sun dipping below the horizon and lighting up the sky and water in shades of orange, pink, and gold. We often pop by for a sunset cocktail and swim when we're in Lembongan.

4. The Pontoon by Lago

Not a beach club in the traditional sense, The Pontoon by Lago is a unique floating platform in the ocean just off the coast of Lembongan. It’s a chilled spot with a small on-board bar selling cocktails, beers, and snacks, shaded seating, and several floating beanbags in the water.

The water around the Pontoon is much calmer and clearer than many of Lembongan's beaches, making it one of the best places to swim on the island. There are even two diving boards if you feel like jumping in.

You can get to the Pontoon via a free boat transfer from Dawk and Dusk by Lago on nearby Coconut Beach. Just find a member of staff outside the cafe and ask them to call the boat for you.

The Pontoon is open all day until 7pm, and there’s a 200,000 IDR ⓘ minimum spend to visit. We’d suggest sticking around for happy hour (4-5:30pm) and sunset.

5. Sandy Bay Beach Club

Back on Nusa Lembongan, Sandy Bay is a rustic and laid-back beach club with an infinity pool overlooking the small bay of the same name.

The bay and beach club are just around the corner from Lembongan's famous Devil's Tears, where huge waves crash against the jagged cliffs. You can't swim in the ocean due to these massive waves, but we love hanging out in the infinity pool and watching the amazing natural display.

There are lots of sunbeds surrounding the pool, which have no minimum spend and are available on a first-come basis (they open at 11am). It's also one of the more family-friendly beach clubs in Lembongan, with a playground, small children's pool, and a kids' food menu.

The menu has a variety of international dishes, from tacos and poke bowls to burgers and fresh seafood. There's even a plowman's platter for our fellow Brits! Food here is a little more expensive than elsewhere on the island.

6. The Beach Shack

More rustic beachfront cafe than modern beach club, The Beach Shack is another of our favourite places to hang out on the beach along central Jungutbatu, so we thought it deserved a place on this list anyway.

The low-key beachfront bar has a handful of tables and sun loungers on the soft white sands of Jungutbatu. During the day, you can grab a bed in the sun and enjoy easy access to the calm, turquoise waters in front.

In the evening, you can make the most of the great happy hour drink deals (5-6pm), watch the sunset over the ocean, catch a movie on the beach on Wednesdays and Fridays, and enjoy live music every Saturday.

There's no minimum spend - just order anything from their menu (here). There's a small menu of all-day Western dishes, including brunch favourites, poke bowls, salads, and burgers.

7. Karana

Opened in late 2025, Karana is another of the newest pool clubs in Lembongan. It's still working to establish itself as a must-visit spot, but it's definitely got potential.

The club sits on a hilltop overlooking popular Jungutbatu, with its long stretch of white sand beach and small boats bobbing along the turquoise shoreline. On a clear day, you can even see as far as towering Mount Agung on mainland Bali in the distance.

The club is centred around a large infinity pool, with daybeds suspended above the water (minimum spend 1,000,000 IDR ⓘ). If it's sunshine and a place to swim you're looking for, it's a great place to be. However, there's not much shade unless you sit inside the bar area.

Keep an eye out for the beach's club's special deals, like pasta and wine Mondays, burger and beer Tuesdays, and Thirsty Thursdays happy hour.

8. KLYF Club

KLYF Club is a new restaurant and pool club sitting directly above the Blue Lagoon on Nusa Ceningan. The highlight is the breathtaking view over the famous lagoon’s vibrant turquoise waters. At high tide, it's not uncommon to spot turtles swimming in the water below.

The restaurant serves an all-day menu, making it a great spot to visit at any time. Stop by in the morning for breakfast, swing by for afternoon drinks and tapas, or stick around for sunset and dinner, with a variety of Indonesian and Western dishes to choose from.

Right above the restaurant, KLYF also has a terrace with a large swimming pool, which has free entry and no minimum spend for using the handful of deckchairs.

However, it wouldn’t be our top pick for hanging out all day, as there isn’t much of a vibe right now. We prefer popping by for a quick bite to eat when in Ceningan. You also have to share the facilities with guests of the connecting Avia Villa Resort.

9. My Beach

One of the more low-key beach clubs on the island, My Beach is a small, rustic beachfront bar on Song Tepo Beach, which lines the waterway between Nusa Lembongan and Ceningan.

The laid-back warung and bar has a small pool overlooking the water, with a few beanbags and tables, and no minimum spend. The food is tasty and very affordable compared to other beach clubs in Lembongan, offering mostly Balinese and Indonesian dishes, as well as a few Western favourites, like smoothie bowls and chicken parmigiana.

There are several swings and hammocks on the beach in front of the bar, which you can walk to at low tide or swim to when the tide is high. The beach also overlooks a network of seaweed farms within the channel, and at low tide, you might spot local farmers loading seaweed onto their boats and bringing it back to shore.

While My Beach is our go-to in this area, Song Tepo Beach is lined with several very similar pool bars, including neighbouring Sea Breeze Cafe, The Sand Ceningan, and upmarket Le Pirate.
